Check-in late at night was easy. A friendly young staff member gave me good instructions over the phone. Basic, nice room, without a fridge/minibar though. Good beds. Negative: the room was far too hot and there was no airco or fan. They could at least have provided a fan?! Sleeping with the windows open and thin curtains closed seemed a good solution, until I woke up from (drunk?) hotel guests talking and smoking under my window. Woken up again between 7:30 and 8:00 by activities on building site across the street (on Saturday morning?!). So no sleeping in... Arriving downstairs for automated check-out (which was also very easy), I was met with a particularly unfriendly elderly member of staff at the counter who acted like I bothered her by asking a question about the bill. She made me feel stupid and unwelcome. I suggest to replace her by a talking robot. (That would be an improvement)

The hotel is nice, and I'm very grateful to the people from the reception: always very nice and welcoming :) My stay was comfortable, the room big and with a nice terraza. The weekend I stayed there, was very warm and there was no air conditioning but I managed with a fan. The breakfast is ok, could be better. For the rest, everything was good 👍

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was fine: spacious and clean. However, it was way too hot and there was no air conditioning. A bottle of water would have been appreciated. Strangely, the minibar was running… but completely empty! We arrived late, and I must say the check-in was particularly smooth. The welcome, however, was a bit unusual: no greeting, and it felt like we were bothering the staff. Breakfast was decent, but a bit overpriced for what it was. In summary: overall a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Positive : room size, comfortable bed, complimentary water & coffee/tea tray with boiler, nice armchairs and little terrasse with table and chairs, very quiet Negative : parking was full, nowhere shelves in the bathroom, poor plumbing (water too slow to flush out of sink and bath), censoring of Frenchspeaking chains on TV

Room was a great size - friendly people who manage the hotel and ample car park areas - lots of food options in Tervuren and the walking paths are amazing I would recommend the hotel, the location and the overall experience of Tervuren Thank you for the experience!!

Great room size with everything you need, small kitchen area, tea & coffee, fridge, Bar and breakfast area in main reception. 2 min walk from the market Square, good parking area at rear. Friendly staff, it was perfect for my use, would stay again.

Outdated, thin wall. Could hear a group on the floor above me. Bathroom was ok. Don’t plan on coming back Got here late. Was exhausted. Had to wait for that group to ask all their questions. Only 1 person available at reception (she was very nice).

Everything was very nice and clean. The breakfast was rich in choices and very good. Although I came very late, the self-service check-in was very easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, when in Tervuren! The town itself is also quite nice
