Very correct hotel for tourism in Teruel. Good situation.
The downside was that with TRIP.COM I asked for confirmation of a reservation question and they did not resolve it correctly

La moqueta vieja y sucia,el cuarto de baño sucio y viejo ,baldosas pintadas etc
El desayuno muy básico y poca calidad

Nice friendly staff. Comfortable town hotel for overnight stop route to France.
Excellent value evening meal- rustic Spanish food 3 course including btl wine/water/sparkling water for just 15 euros a person.
Number of little shops bars etc within 5 minutes walk.
Would stay here again as good value for money.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Would have given higher ratimg but WiFi did not work on the third floor. They use a repeater for the WiFi and it was not accessible to be reset, so, no WiFi.

We had a problem with the room at the beginning, it was a room that smelled of cigarettes, whoever was there before smoked in the room and everything starts with the curtains, the blanket on the bed smelled of smoke, but when I brought this problem to the attention of the reception, the staff that was at that time at the reception helped us by offering us another room starting from the next morning, a very clean and warm room, we had a very nice little holiday and we want to thank the manager especially that boy, unfortunately not I remembered the name, thank you

Furniture is something like back to the 50´s, extremely old-fashioned.
Breakfast is not worthy at all. Fruit was all but fresh and bakery not very healthy:

This Hotel is Fabulous value for money.. Parking outside can be difficult, we took advantage of the secure parking available inside the premises for an extra €9. 00
Room was spacious and modern
And included a very comprehensive buffet breakfast
Very impressed..
