Excellent location with rooms overlooking the sea and/or the Temple of Jupiter and appreciable cleanliness. The rest does not correspond to the characteristics of a 4-star hotel (type of rooms, accessories). Suitable for short stays with B&B or half board; I do not recommend it for long stays.

Old second floor rooms, malfunctioning bathroom drain, spring mattress to sink into and no mattress cover with bottom sheets that leave the mattress uncovered, cloth towels, poor availability of soaps, no clothes horse on the terrace. Poor restaurant with non-typical dishes. Pool open only until 6:30 pm.

Un grazie particolare alla Sig.ra Sanja, che con eleganza e professionalità mi ha accolta e coccolata. Un grazie ancora ad Emanuel , cortesissimo, e Veronica ai piani, per l'efficienza discreta. Soggiorno splendido, in un hotel confortevole e pulito, con vista sul mare e sul Tempio di Giove. Perfetto Hotel anche per Famiglie, a due passi dal Centro dalla passeggiata serale sul Lungomare. Una navetta Cotri, proprio sotto l'Hotel, fa servizio da e per la vicina stazione ferroviaria di Monte S.Biagio. Consiglio!! ❤️

Terribile personale.. Chiamo il giovedì sera 27 luglio verso le 20 perche volevo prenotare per il 29 tramite booking una stanza matrimoniale.. Ho chiesto se c'era anche la possibilità anche a pagamento di un parcheggio auto. La risposta è stata.. Non lo so.. Provi a chiamare domani che gli dirò se c'è posto.. Ma con voce scocciata!! Mi ha liquidato in 10 secondi.. Incredibile veramente!!!!

Ci siamo fermati qualche giorno per il nostro matrimonio e dopo averci rassicurati precedentemente, ci siamo ritrovati davanti alla scorrettezza! Dopo averci messo a disposizione una camera d’appoggio per far cambiare qualche ospite, e dopo averci detto che ci sarebbe stato fatto un prezzo di favore visto l’utilizzo solo per qualche ora, ci siamo ritrovati a pagare il prezzo per intero senza essere avvertiti anticipatamente! Ci è stato risposto che era disponibile solo una doppia per gli ospiti! Le uniche note positive dell’hotel sono: la posizione, e il servizio di pulizie formato da persone gentilissime e capaci. Receptionist insicuri che chiedono ogni minima mossa ad una signora (probabilmente la titolare),scortese e poco chiara! Assolutamente sconsigliato non ci torneremo più!

Ero già stato in questo hotel due anni fa, purtroppo la situazione è peggiorata Il personale è sempre gentile e premuroso, ma la struttura ormai vecchia ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione Ci sono ancora le porte con le chiavi che non funzionano al meglio, le tendine esterne per il sole stanno cadendo a pezzi L'impianto nei bagni è obsoleto, lavandini che non si chiudono e l'acqua ne esce poca, quella calda è un opzional Le signore delle pulizie dovrebbero essere controllate il loro lavoro è appena sufficiente alcuni punti non vengono neanche presi in considerazione L'hotel ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato al più presto

Eccellente posizione dell’albergo, letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Colazione ottima e varia; personale gentilissimo, preparato e disponibile . La spiaggia privata e’ampia, molto curata e pulita, con servizio bar e lunch . Segnalo grande distanziamento tra gli ombrelloni e mare bellissimo ! Consigliatissimo per una vacanza di relax !
