We stopped over here for a night on our way to Rome Fiumicino airport. At first I cringed at the sight of the building. Upon entering however, the lobby appeased me somewhat, and the receptionist greatly. We got a good room (albeit very heavy decor but that's a question of taste I presume), attentive, kind service. Parking was a boon and right under the hotel. The hotel has a very cute garden, a small gym and a pool looking on to it. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the town seemed so dead. However, it all came alive by the evening and we fell in love with it. The hotel lobby itself took on a completely different aura in the evening, all lit up expertly. Our room too looked very nice all lit up with the generous lighting. Breakfast was all right. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel. Great location, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful. What a pleasure to stay at his Hotel. Walking distance to the City District and a great location to take day trips (Florence, Gubbio, & Assissi) all of which are very beautiful in there own way. I would highly recommend this location.

It would be very difficult to find another hotel where the staff are as kind and helpful as those at the Michelangelo Palace, Terni. It is an extremely pleasant place, with amenities such as an excellent spa. The lobby lounge is a very comfortable place to relax with a beer, and there is a happy, relaxed atmosphere. Secure car-parking and It's location near the town centre and short distance from the railway station are a real bonus. I will certainly stay there again. Two night stay for work. Staff at reception very courteous and helpful. Clean room and linen. Unfortunately the bathroom is not 4 star, it requires maintenance: cracks in the walls and on the fixtures, shower head completely covered in limestone and broken toilet seat, both of which need to be replaced. The fridge has water inside. Modest breakfast for a 4 star. The presence of a group consumed the entire buffet which was not replenished within an acceptable time. The SPA is very good: sauna, hammam, hydromassage, herbal teas and citrus water at a cost of €20 for 3 hours. I highly recommend the relaxing massage with Martina: professional and courteous.

Truly a low level hotel, rooms honestly not presentable for a 4 star: bathroom fan which after a certain amount of time started making a loud noise which I feared had broken, holes in the plaster, electric shutter but which stops 1.50 m away height and you are forced to bend down, even taking a shower was unnerving. Restaurant in the building, but nothing special. The last gem are the magnetic room cards which are demagnetized and you are therefore forced to use the 80's style key which you then promptly have to leave down at the reception if you don't want to carry around 1 kg of key. The only plus point was the gym, which for a hotel I found appreciable and which prevents me from giving 1 star. Try to freshen up the rooms and fix these "details"

I was looking for a hotel for one night due to work in the area and I tried this hotel attracted by its 4 stars and reviews (since I also needed a restaurant). The plus points are the courteous and kind staff and the convenient, very useful parking (also free). However, I found the rooms very dark and dated and with poor soundproofing. The structure also needs extensive restoration. There are broken and dirty walls almost everywhere (with the exception of the reception). The restaurant is to be avoided. I ordered a pork fillet with a side of potatoes, and I had potatoes with a side of pork (3 barely visible pieces of pork) for a price that was anything but modest. Furthermore, the potatoes were cold and not cooked at the moment. Frankly, I will look for another solution if I find myself in the Terni area.

Very convenient hotel at the train station, very convenient underground parking, friendly reception staff available for information on the place! The rooms, parquet and furniture show that it is not new, but very clean. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also convenient.
