Very dissapointed with the comfort of the room: the double bed sagged badly in the middle and the single bed collapsed backwards. A very small bathroom, the shower door was so narrow I had to go in sideways. I had expected a much higher standard. The meal in the restaurant was very expensive and not good, no choice of fish dishes, only trout which was very dry. I felt that at every level I was being exploited: poor service, lack of comfort and bad food. The breakfast was copious and good. The view was beautiful from the room and the hotel terrace

It was a good experience and the food was very delicious and good view and very kindly staff and the restaurant was very nice . And about the spa was excellent and the staff are very friendly and the view from up in the hotel was really nice…………..

Beautiful location, unfortunately rooms have no sound proof, cleaniness is not to our standard and room had a toilet smell. Bathroom is extremely small, we are both small but to enter the toilet is an adventure

There were no activities , although it was claimed that there is a private beach .We had paid for five nights with half board , due to the transfer of flights we had to shorten the stay , but we refused to give something to eat on the street instead of the missing dinner.The room had a sufficient size with a renovated shower, but in the corners there were cobwebs and the cleaning was from worse Qualität.Im Bathroom there was no soap and on two days out of four nights we asked to replace the empty container of the soap dispenser, in the end, the employee brought us a container with soap, but we had to assemble it ourselves. We had booked half-board, but nowhere was it indicated that dinner would be in a completely different place, which caused great inconvenience. In addition, the selection of products at breakfast was very poor and on the first day of our stay there were not even eggs. In general, there were no vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, and for some reason the fruits were cut into pieces.

The hotel, surrounded by greenery, offers a 180-degree view of Lake Piediluco and is in a strategic position for visiting the entire area. Free convenient parking. Simple and comfortable room, with a priceless view, which alone is worth the trip. Stayed 4 nights on half board basis. The menu offers an excellent choice of Umbrian dishes. The trout baked in foil and the guinea fowl cooked in a dripping pan are delicious, not to mention the first courses. Very generous portions. Excellent local wines. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. A special applause to the dining room staff.

Hotel overlooking the lake, a wonderful view. Rich breakfast and also dinner, which we tried one of the two evenings of our stay, varied and good. Really friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. The only very small flaw was that on the first day of our stay (1st May) the water was barely lukewarm in the morning. However, the staff immediately took action to try to resolve it
