Struttura potenzialmente carina, ma senza spazi esterni. Appartamento abbastanza fornito, con frigorifero di buone dimensioni e forno elettrico standard. Aria condizionata efficiente, ma nel nostro caso con problemi di scarico. Bisogna sperare di incontrare vicini educati, altrimenti non si riesce a riposare per la pessima insonorizzazione. Spezziamo una lancia a favore del personale che ci è sempre venuto incontro per risolvere i problemi riscontrati con educazione e professionalità nelle due settimane di permanenza presso la struttura.

In vacanza con un gruppo di amici per visitare le bellezze dell'Umbria siamo approdati al Residence Viviverde dove ci ha accolti Anna, una ragazza sorridente e gentile che dopo averci accompagnati ai nostri appartamenti ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come raggiungere le mete più belle e interessanti della zona. Gli appartamenti sono tutti di recente costruzione, molto ben rifiniti, confortevoli e pulitissimi, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Che dire, un'esperienza totalmente positiva.

Location bellissima, staff eccezionale e disponibile. Borghi stupendi da vusutare nei paraggi. Consigliato. Possibilità di cucinare, appartamento attrezzato per tutti u confirt. In futuro farà anche le prime colazioni. Piatto tipico della zona da provare: gnocchetti alla collescipolana

La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi , ben curati e puliti. Dispongono di una cucina attrezzata, una camera con soppalco dove è posizionato un lettino singolo. È possibile usufruire del parcheggio interno. Host molto cordiale e gentili
