We had great expectations, wonderfull "Spa" just in front of your room, a really nice trial around the hotel. Due to time restrictions in the late afternoon my wife took a bath in the Thermas in front of our room, not me. We wanted to take a shower but no warm water available. We asked reception and 2 handman in boots arrived, opening cold water and say it works. I tourned to warm and no water at all commes out. So they said they will check, there is a valve.... After some minutes and dirty bathroom there were warm water and they moved. We are trying to take a shower some minutes later, guess, no warm water again. Call at the reception now 3 person arrive. No warm water at all, we will repare. Warm water after some minutes of repair. Again next ry after they left, no warm water. Call at the reception, they will ask the handy men again. Again the same persons, bathroom totally dirty and wet now. We will try to repair.... After some minutes without success, we asked them to leave. In the mean time 30-40min later and we had to get up 5am in the morning. Some hours later at night my wife got extremely ill, We assume Coli bacteria in the Themes water as we (3 persons) drunk and ate for lunch and dinner at the hotel exactly the same this day! No recommendation at all.

Hermoso hotel , muy buena atención, fui con miedo por los comentarios pero la verdad me sorprendió, habitaciones muy lindas, mucha limpieza ,la comida normal fuimos con Pedraza viajes y turismo una hermosa empresa que viajo siempre con ellos, piletas termales en el hotel, lo recomiendo no es como la gente cuenta, muy lindo

Bastante bien todos los servicios la habitación cómoda y lindo el comedor y el bar, los menúes no estaban balanceados por ejemplo un día sirvieron empanadas, pizza y budín mucho hidrato al haber ido en aéreo teníamos desayuno all inclusive muy bueno, las piletas calculo que por seguridad no estaban llenas ,el servicio de toallas de pileta muy bueno también las cambiaban sin problemas y muy amables las personas del sector. Los mozos muy atentos y rápidos en su atención.

El mobiliario del hotel muy lindo habitación cómoda.desayuno completo.pero la parte humana deja mucho que desear.no hay servicio médico.cuando es un hotel q la mayoría es persona de l tercer edad.yo me tuve q llamar al 107 y m atendió en el holl del hotel, decidió el médico llevarme hospital.el hotel no brinda asistencia médica.otro tema l pileta menos de la mitad de agua.llego el lunes vacía x q no l limpian d noche? A si q casi no l usamos más que esta en una terraza al rayo del sol,nada d verde .

Hotel aceptable. Sin lujos pero muy limpio, buen desayuno y muy buena atención. Buena ubicación, buen servicio de gama media. Estuvimos solo una noche. De paso. Lo suficiente para volver en caso de necesidad. Habitaciones un tanto pequeñas ( las estándares) pero lo suficientemente limpias y agradables con aire acondicionado

Regimen de media pension con cena precaria. No cambian toallas ni sábanas. Colchón en mal estado. Aire acondicionado sin mantenimiento. Video cable con señal defectuosa. Wifi solo en espacios comunes. Nunca tienen espacio en las cocheras. Piscina a media llenar. Asistimos del 20 al 23/06 y el mantenimiento de los ascensores tenias fecha del 20/07/24 con capacidad para 2 personas en más de 200 alojados. No recomendable.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas con muy buena atención del personal y una infraestructura acorde, lo están renovando a nuevo, buena relación precio calidad, agua termal en habitaciones y en pileta externa e interna , incluyen clases de acuagym, con batas q recambian diariamente
