Termal Hotels with Breakfast

Limak is an old Palace where you feel an old money around. With half board, 2 pools, SPA and elegant tea lounge you can never get out of the hotel. Perfectly positioned for relaxing, honeymoon and rehab. Totally recommended but I gave 4/5 because reservation experience was very bad. I reserved through a website and price was discounted. Hotel called, they said price is exclusive for Turkish people.. They offer nothing in return - I asked for discount on spa, and they refused. The booking website just changed the price (extra 50 euro). After I left, the website called me and told me that hotel denied that I checked-in!! Other than this, experice was lovely. Food was good, Yalova termal area are just lovely.

On October 28, I stayed in the suite room with my family for 2 nights. Our room was very large and comfortable 2 indoor rooms, 2 separate bathrooms and toilets were in the room, breakfast and dinner was very good. It was a special pleasure to ask everyone whether he liked food, a small and clean shop hotel, and we also thank the lady Kaan Bey and Elif at the reception, according to other big hotels, for making guests comfortable and happy They were doing, it would be a hotel I would like again, you can also use family bathrooms in the spa area for 1 hour a day free, even if all rooms were full, I recommend not much, even though it was composed of 25 rooms

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

Ailece gittğimiz Termal Saray otelin hizmetinden memnun kaldık. Otele girişimizde personel ***et güleryüzlü ve nazikti.Yeşilin içinde sakin bir konumu var. Otel odaları pandemi döneminde kısmen de olsa yenilenmiş. Banyo bölümünün yenilendiği belliydi ama odanın zemin kaplaması ve televizyonun önündeki çekmeceli dolapların bakıma ihtiyacı var. Termal havuz sıcaklığı 35 derece civarnda. O yüzden 6 yaşındaki kızım havuza giremedi. Sonuçta yetşkinlerin bile 10 dakika aralıklarla girmesi gereken sıcaklıkta olan bu suya insanlar şifa olsun dye geliyorlar. Yani bu durumda su sıcaklığını hesaba ka***ığımız için otelin herhangi bir hatası yok. Çocuklu ailelere ve kalp ile ilgili sıkıntısı olanlar için uygun bir te değil. Akşam yemeği fix menü olarak masanıza geliyor. Yemekleri bence ***et lezzetliydi. Sabah kahvltısı açık büfeydi ve ***et tatminkardı. Kısacası şifa için veya kafa dinlemek için yeşilin içindeki bu otele gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

The facility was beautiful as a location at prices *** meat suitable to all areas with walking distance of 10 minutes rooms close to 2 minutes facilities When you go very warm and beautiful, I recommend you sit on the terrace and enjoy a coffee

Outstanding hotel and by far one of the best customer service one can get. The hotel location is very quite and relaxing in Yalova... The room was very nice and quiet. We were tired after a very long flight. Everybody quickly recognized what we need and offered help to us. All the staff were working really hard to meet our expextations. Definitely coming back.
