Weingarten Terlan - Rooms & Breakfast

房間很温馨舒適，值得再次光顧，早餐也是用心，有新鮮的獼猴桃、菠蘿、西瓜，還𠕇泳池和，乒乓球枱，很舒適

We were guests of this comfortable hotel during the Merano Christmas Markets. The property, equipped with a large private car park, is located in the centre of the town, just a 5-minute walk from the main square and the train station. The staff is very friendly and provided us with lots of tourist information about the surrounding area and Merano, and we were given a week-long card that allowed free and unlimited use of all public transport, buses and trains, and numerous other discounts in partner facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful (with homemade cakes and strudel), and the wifi connection was available in the common areas. It was a shame we couldn't use the restaurant, unfortunately closed this season. However, this property is recommended to all types of customers.

Dopo anni che ci rechiamo in questa struttura, ci siamo stati per l'ultima volta. Camera "superior" disastrosa e con bagno senza bidet né doccina o simili. Alle mie proteste (camera prenotata da tempo) il nuovo proprietario (così si è qualificato, senza nome e cognome) mi ha rimbrottato dandomi la colpa perché non avevo chiesto espressamente del bagno con bidet. (Richiesta mai fatta in tutti gli alberghi frequentati in Italia! Bolzano compresa!). Sottolineandomi che in tutto l'Alto Adige funziona così. Cosa non vera perche sono almeno 15 anni che frequentiamo l'alto Adige e non mi era mai successo di dover fare una simile richiesta. Inoltre alle proteste di una Cliente Italiana non si risponde così. Ha insistito dicendo che in Austria non ci sono i bidet nei bagni. Altra cosa non vera perché siamo stati diverse volte anche in Austria. Comunque eventualmente i wc erano corredati di doccino. Gli ho fatto notare che, fino a prova contraria, l'Alto Adige si trova ancora in Italia... Non si è nemmeno offerto di cambiarci la camera. Mi spiace, perché ci eravamo sempre trovati bene SENZA fare richieste particolari e lecite, ma non con questo modo di rispondere e trattare i clienti, NON ci torneremo MAI PIÙ. Allego le foto della camera n.19 (138€ a notte) e del suo stato, oltre che piazzata sul retro.

Ich war im Juli 2025 im Hotel Weingarten in Terlan. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend und alles immer frisch. Die Poolanlage und der Garten sehr schön angelegt. Da haben wir sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung genossen. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Hotel ist einfach empfehlenswert für Gäste die, die es gerne ruhig haben möchten. Liebe Grüße an das Team vom Weingarten Hotel.
