房間是招待所的標準，收的是星級酒店的價格。衞生間淋浴房像是施工現場的臨時搭棚，蓮蓬頭水大的像水不要錢，下水口慢的要每隔兩分鐘停一會，浴房的門關不嚴實，水會往外漏。前台服務態度惡劣，説不提供任何服務！那能叫酒店嗎？發郵件給他們訂出租車，説週末沒人回覆郵件。訂出租車要求很不合理，需要全額付款給前台1萬盧布，不是直接給司機！懷疑前台的精神狀態有問題，遇到顧客有要求就雙手抓頭髮瘋狀

對於一個北極圈旁邊的酒店會有什麼期待呢？
雖然沒有期待，但是這個酒店確實有點超預期了。乾淨衞生整潔，供暖很給力，基本上超過了我們在莫斯科住的酒店體驗。樓下的餐廳也相當不錯，藍戰非來打過卡的。唯一問題就是前台的小姐姐如果覺着你英文不太好，會有點不太客氣。
地理位置在新老捷裏之間，比較便捷。因為是中間的必經路段，雖然晚上非常安靜，偶爾會有車經過稍微有點聲音。

我們住的這個房型直接面朝大海，大玻璃窗，視野極佳。當天晚上直接在酒店的沙灘追到了極光！
酒店有兩衹可愛的哈士奇，早飯不錯，餐廳也全落地窗。
美中不足就是住三樓，沒有電梯，行李箱要扛上去….重的行李箱很吃力…而且因為是木頭房，隔音不太好。

在新老捷裏中間，我們是自己走路去兩邊的，感覺還好。酒店早餐很好吃，有各種肉肉，各種飲料，超級好評哦。

1。酒店設備齊全衞生也很好。
2。圖裡房外的景。如果有極光的話還是可以看到的。
3。早餐豐富，網上看到酒店餐廳價格貴又不好吃所以我和朋友決定去探索。貴不貴好不好吃，這是按照個人定義和口味。但我們都覺得不貴而且還蠻好吃的。我們晚餐吃到一半，服務員一桌一桌的告訴有當前有極光。
4。整體服務來説，酒店和餐廳服務都很好。

捷裏別爾卡能住到這麼好的酒店真的很難得了。房間很乾凈，衞生間感覺舒服。
餐廳出品味道不錯。早餐雖然沒有什麼選擇但是都很好吃，有醃魚也有餃子，是極夜裡的安慰。
距離國家公園打車大約8分鐘，老捷裏打車大約10分鐘。酒店有打車司機可以加whatsapp或微信call車，參考單程統一價格都是1000盧布。

附樓的房子規格比主樓要高，價格也高，一開始以為是小木屋，結果是附樓2樓，房間挺大，差不多40平，但床感覺太軟，不夠結實，翻身要輕一點
