Villa Antigua

Good night...or morning... It seems really unprofessional to me that they have accepted a reservation for me these days and have not given me notice that they would have a Mexican event in front of my window, with at least 15 children running around and Yelling through the hallways and knocking on my door. It's 12:43 AM and they keep knocking and running at my door, and not even at reception did they support me in telling them anything. I understand that it is Mexican night, independence, etc. But I chose this hotel because, in addition to wanting to get to know it because in January I would have a company event here, I wanted to escape the parties in CDMX and it was worse for me. At least they would have let me know that the event would take place and there was nothing they could do. But not even at reception upon my arrival did they say anything to me!! I don't even mention the fly in the breakfast beans and that the waiter laughed and treated us as if we were disdaining a delicacy. It's really the worst night we've ever had, and with a 4-year-old girl. Terrible service at reception, rude face (literally) or as if they were doing us a favor. I already met them and I know Hacienda Tovares and they know that there is no comparison. I definitely wouldn't recommend them and the January event remains to be seen as I will discuss this with the team. Good night...sorry, good morning. Patrick A Room 210

Very expensive hotel, the rooms smell horrible, the service is terrible, just because it was my niece's wedding, but to never come back again, a room is not worth that, $2,500 should be much better

The facilities are spectacular, the service is terrible, sometimes there is no hot water, other times there is no electricity, other times the wifi does not work, other times the heating does not work, other times the television gets stuck and the controls do not work, other times the internet signal It is so low that you cannot connect to platforms; Anyway.... Don't come close.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff's attention is very good, however there are some details that I only mention to help you improve: the price of breakfast is excessive since they only give the option of a buffet for almost 400 pesos, there are some things that still need to be addressed. They lack maintenance: internet in rooms, TVs with poor signal, the children's play area and the fish pond.

Vine a una boda. En general, bien. El buffet de desayuno es bueno pero el servicio de restaurante malisimo. Jamás me recogieron platos. Tuve que pedir la servilleta, el azúcar y jamás me trajeron la cerveza. Personal de recepción muy gentil.
