Based on the pictures we expected a top tier, vibrant resort. When we arrived we first thought the resort was abandoned. The reception was in a separate building and was more like a motel check-in. The clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful, but he was by no means bilingual. However, he was the most bilingual of the clerks on the other 2 shifts. The maintenance person was very helpful yet spoke no English. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There were some amenities like pool tables, ping pong, tennis courts - but the swimming pool was freezing cold and badly in need of resurfacing. There were holes in the bottom of the pool. It would be easy to segment off one area and heat it as a hot tub since it gets very cold here at night. The unit was tired - the furniture was rustic but okay. However, the bathtub needed resurfacing, the door had a hole in it, the floors need to be repaired/repainted. The kitchen was well-appointed however. The front door was wimpy and needed better locks and maybe replacement. The screens are in need of replacement, especially on the slider. There is wifi but half the time it won't connect or shows connected by won't open websites. The most obvious issue though for us was the resort was barely ever occupied by anyone other than us. One day we did see maybe 5 or 6 other occupied rooms. Some of the units are owned it looks like, and others rentals, but in no way did we expect to be the only people in this fairly large resort. I wish we'd known - we probably still would have stayed because it is in a really great location, the housekeepers clean daily and clean well, and it is reasonably comfortable. Given that it is a 2 bedroom condo with kitchen, the value was very good.

Best Hotel in town, nice houses, big garden space, tenis court and the best pool. My child enjoyed alll ammenities the full week. Just be aware to book directly with hotel as there are properties with diferent servicié level. An excelent RCI option and all personal are pending for you!!!

Es un lugar cómodo con muchas amenidades para divertirse durante la estancia, muy cerca del centro de Tequisquiapan lo cual lo hace muy conveniente. Tienen buenas medidas de seguridad para la pandemia

Todo perfecto, solo nos toco en la casa del final y justo esa parte es un poco ruidosa por los animalitos de crianza que tiene. Y como recomendación una alberca es lo único que le falta al recinto. Jardines magníficos, el restaurante de barbacoa del principio les quedo increíble.

Hola desde hace mas de 30 años visito 3 veces por años este lugar navidades que recuerfos, pero desde hace algunos años ha venido hacia abajo hasta ahora que esta abandonado, obvio sufrieron una grave inubdafcon hace un año muy penoso, pero no se ha podido levantar, los arreglos que se hicieron al ahi se va, no hay agua en los baños menos en la tina, la cocina ya muy vueja, la.alberca de miedo , mala higiene, y los jardines que eran el gusto de mis padres ya con falta de mantenimieNto,el internet no fuubciona, que pena obvio los precios altos, Eel trato del dirextor cuando se len acen estos comentarios es tan grosero que entiendo que hay mucho coraje por lo sucedido definitivamente hay mejores opciones en Tequisquiapan ya mi Rinconada queria ha muerto. Gracias por los mejores dias.

Se disfruta del desarrollo, pues sólo nos tocó mucha gente el fin de semana, pero a partir del lunes, fue una delicia disfrutar, de la alberca sobre todo, además de que nos dieron algunos tips de viajes a lugares del estado, y las áreas verdes ofrecen paz y tranquilidad
