The property is a bit outdated. The water didn’t flow easily in the showers. The cable didn’t work. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for the area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact ******* for resolution, upon contacting ******* they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

La relacion de lo que pagas por lo que ofrece la propiedad esta fatal, el hotel es demasiado caro para lo que te ofrece el cuarto donde te quedas y la propiedad en general.
ya esta un poco descuidado y viejos los cuartos. el wifi es fatal en los cuartos no hay , terrible
