Super central location with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Has clean rooms with AC. The only downside is the noise levels as it sits right on the square with church bells and street noise.

The hotel was nice however the bathroom and elevator were very small. Also the site said it included parking however we were charged part which was two blocks away.

What a great little gem Tepa has to offer thanks to the Estancia Real hotel. From the receptionist to the housekeeping professionals, we always felt welcomed and well attended to no matter the hour. The rooms were clean, spacious and had amazing views of the central plaza. Can’t wait to be back there! Our new home away from home.

The bedspread was stained with feces, the elevator wasn't working, and the dresser on the rooftop was very average. Despite its excellent location, it was very disappointing. They moved us to a different room, but one wonders what the hygiene of this place is like.

I booked 4 weeks ago, specifically asking for the family room, it arrived and they gave me something else that costs double!!! After 10 hours of travel and a scheduled reservation, their option is to pay double or leave!!! I have children and a sick elderly person. They don't care. How???? Is this acceptable in a "serious" hotel? Incredible!!! Since there were no other hotels, because I told them if they find a place for me to stay with my family, I'll leave, and it wasn't clear, we had to stay there, PAYING MORE! We really liked the hotel. The facilities are very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Tepatitlán, close to everything. The rest is very good and quiet. The views from the upper floors are very nice. It has a very nice restaurant on the top floor. Definitely recommended.
