Muito bom hotel reformado perto da rodoviária sem o barulho dela. Existe opção de quarto individual com banheiro externo e ventilador que não está disponível nos sites de reserva por R$ 60,00 e para casal por uns R$ 110,00. A TV é de led grande com canais a cabo e uns dois de filmes. Atendimento muito bom. O quarto reformado lembra muito três estrelas e os com banheiros, standart e luxo devem ser muito bons que fica para próxima vez. Café da manhã, wi-fi, cama e limpeza bons. Um dos melhores hotéis para solo com bom custo benefício que encontrei no sul da Bahia e norte de Minas Gerais. De manhã cedo tem um senhor que vende pedras preciosas no primeiro andar ou pode ir na Praça Tiradentes, que é bem perto, para comprar, onde tem mais variedade.

The reception staff is excellent and quite collaborative, the pizza staff are also very clean, the room is very clean, the bathroom is good and wide, but the acoustics between the rooms is bad and it's all over. All is heard from the room next door and even more if the occupant on the side does not know that he is in a hotel and not exactly in his home. The strong point is the new facilities, good structure, good lifts and mainly the staff. The pizza is good taste. The garage is very tight to get up the rampa, unless you have a small car. Better use the parking in the area next door.

I was disappointed and almost without a place to sleep, I made my reservation almost a month before the site and when check-in. I was forced to stay with a last suite and pay more expensive for not to stay in the hand. I'm traveling to the northeast and this hotel is our rest in the middle of the road (1049km from home)

We were told that there would be no water in the hotel from 9 a.m. on Sunday. We asked the time why we were not warned in advance, since the reservation was made in advance directly on the hotel website, but the official said it was necessary. We doubt whether the water shortage was in the city and we resolved to question on Saturday, and the official said it was a maintenance to improve the water for guests. OK, but pq did not close the daily on Saturday and did not provide the hosting in a general way? The answer: maintenance was not scheduled, but is necessary. I have nothing to complain about the care, because everyone was very educated and sympathetic. The room was very good, safe for weak lighting and lack of take points. The bed was clean, the towels of quality and a good cleaning, but the lack of water disappointed us, considering that we were going to take the road back and wanted to rest a little more, but without water it was impossible to stay.
