Boa localização, no centro e prox. A igreja matriz. Cama grande e confortável. Boa limpeza. Ar condicionado silencioso e TV a cabo com variedade de canais. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Funcionários educados. Chuveiro ruim, pouca vazão e demora mais de 5 minutos pra esquentar, desperdiçando muita água. Não há box, mas uma placa de mármore que não impede que a água se espalhe pelo banheiro. Roupas de cama e banho boas. Muito barulho vindo da rua, te impedindo um descanso e obrigando a acordar após as 7h no quarto voltado para rua. Garagem apertada, sendo que se não tiver vaga, o carro vai ficar na rua. Piscina e sauna boas. Recomendo se tiver de acordar cedo, mas se for pra dormir até mais tarde vai passar aperto.

Pontos positivos Café da manhã com boas opções Localização Preço justo das bebidas na recepção Ar condicionado no quarto Agilidade no check-in e check-out Pontos negativos ＞Internet não funcionou durante toda a estadia ＞serviço de limpeza somente a cada 2 dias ＞frigobar tinha apenas 2 garrafas de água. E elas estavam abertas e parcialmente vazias. Reclamei. Cheguei a noite. Não haviam substituído ＞nos quartos virados para o interior do prédio há um barulho constante e alto que remete a um maquinário ＞mesa do quarto é muito estreita e mal cabe o notebook ＞fachada antiga e desgastada ＞recepção pequena e muito próximo da rua ＞não há atendimento às mesas do café da manhã e você precisa se virar para obter talheres e xícaras ＞roupa de cama e banho de baixo padrão ＞sem estacionamento Afinal, pelo preço cobrado na diária não recomendo estadia no Lancaster. E hotel não atende bem família ou casais
