Clean and spacious family room with very friendly reception that also helped us to wash our clothes (for free). Breakfast with multiple choice, only major item missing was coffee. Hot spring on the room is a welcome amenity. Can full recommend without any doubts.

The room is comfortable, the service is good, the hot spring ♨️ is very relaxing, the location is good, and the transportation is convenient. The breakfast is rich and dinner can be ordered to suit personal taste. Will come again.

It's very bad. It's a hotel apartment and it's still on sale. The management is in disarray. I strongly recommend that you don't come. You can choose the Guanfang Hotel or Century Jinyuan Hotel at a lower price. You don't know how many times better!

I will not choose this hotel again next time. The lobby looks like a sales department, there is no waiter in sight, and there is no hot water. It is still a hot spring hotel. I am also convinced!

The room is not small, well designed and suitable for senior living. But there is basically no service. There was originally a welcome fruit, but the room was not prepared. I still haven't seen it after two days of phone calls. There was nothing to eat for breakfast. The most disgusting child took online classes and asked the front desk if he could delay check-out. The front desk bluntly replied that he would have to pay half a day's room fee. I will not choose this hotel again. The best luggage delivery guy in the hotel is warm and considerate.

The room is quite big, clean and I like it very much. In the afternoon, I looked at the beautiful sky in Yunnan. I got up early in the morning to eat breakfast, and went back to the room to sleep. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Tengchong.
