訂的是帶空調的標間，給我換成沒有空調的三人間，還説是升級了，我兩個人要三人間幹什麼，沒了空調叫升級了？老闆還跟攜程的客服説整個酒店空調都是壞了，整個酒店空調壞了寫什麼有空調？這些我也就算了。關鍵是晚上9點多到店，就沒有熱水了。老闆説會繼續加熱，我信了，等到十二點，還是沒有熱水，等到凌晨兩點，還是沒有熱水，早上七點起來，依舊沒有熱水，根本就沒有熱水。寫得24小時熱水，是24小時沒有熱水嗎。沒有熱水直接説，還害我等了一個晚上，這種不誠實的行為真讓我特別反感。衞生條件就不多説了，自己看圖吧，圖三是床單。洗澡都沒得洗，特別影響心情。攜程已經給我處理了全額退款。
