房間環境差一次性拖鞋也沒有，態度差停車位少 老闆娘瞎指揮停車導致車都被剮蹭 不僅沒有收到任何歉意反而態度極其惡劣 住了這麼多次酒店第一次遇到這種情況，真是有史以來住的最差的酒店 勸各位住店旅客多多考慮一下

日期定錯了，12.40前台小妹打電話讓我們入住，我們説去不了。結果沒發取消，本來春節房間很貴的。如果妹妹提前12點以前提醒一下我們可能就會避免，但是還是損失了好幾大百。

酒店衞生很乾凈。環境可以。我們住的不靠馬路，很安靜。住了很滿意。比起之前我們在別家住的那家好多了，之前那家房間裝修很老，衞生也沒她家好。她家裝修一看就是新的。服務態度也很好，這個價格，在騰沖也算比較合理的，住了很滿意，值得推薦。下次還會在來

沒到時間服務員就在外面議論催着退房，本來算好時間的，也是鉑金會員可以延後到兩點退房，我們十一點半就收拾着退房，感覺催着很難受

幫朋友預訂的房間，前台小姑娘服務不錯，錢忘在房間馬上處理速度挺快，也挺專業。酒店位於騰沖熱海路主路邊，吃行都很方便，酒店房間挺寬敞，衞生可以。

在騰沖市中心的熱海路邊，樓下就是停車場。停車方便，周邊吃東西，出門方便。服務態度好，周到熱情，後棟房間非常安靜。

前台很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住，前台小姐姐服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，客服服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台服務很及時，前台積極幫我處理問題很棒，真的是一次超級棒的入住哦。

訂了兩間房，還有一間圓床房，房間裝修比較新，也比較乾淨。其他都還好，就是晚上和早上分別停了兩次電。房間比較暖和，價格也還可以接受。就在騰沖市區，離騰沖熱海景區很近。

早上起來發現房間的垃圾突然沒了，不用想肯定是在我睡着的時候進房間打掃衞生明明看見有人還在睡覺呢還不知道退出去，未免太不尊重他人私隱了吧。入住的當天跟前台講開發票，前台説等老闆娘那邊才能開，第二天退房的時候前台還是這句話，直到我都退房了一個多小時了遲遲不給我開發票。房間環境衞生隔音這些問題都可以忽略不計，在別人睡着的時候進房間過分的不是一點。給攜程官方投訴後無非就是店家打電話致歉，所謂的致歉讓我在電話裏説不上一句話全程都是在給自己找理由説話還永遠找不到重點，全程廢話……最後實在是受不了了讓官方去溝通吧…………各位朋友今後在各個平台都不要訂這家店，這樣的印象已經不是用一個差字能夠形容的了。
