設施較新穎，是木架別墅型裝修，衞生環境很好，有温泉泡池，入住還有歡迎水果，小點心，晚上還送了牛奶，服務態度很好，我們是自駕，停車方便，周邊環境空氣很清新。房間温度合適，床鋪舒服，睡得很好。早餐獨特菜品豐富，餌絲很好吃，吃得很滿意，前台服務熱情、耐心，解決問題及時，退房時還送了銀杏村特有的禮品袋，很別緻，裝東西很方便實用。總之體驗過很好。

五星級的價格，四星期的風景。二星級的裝修。一星級的服務。 定完酒店到了門口 電話一直打不通 浪費一百多塊買門票。給酒店負責人説了，是因為酒店問題電話打不通導致浪費的這個錢。沒下文。早上淋浴間洗澡居然衹有温水，這你受得了嗎 差點凍死

入住到銀杏小鎮半山懸崖酒店，感覺非常舒心愉悦，酒店建在半山，從大大的露台望下去可以看到龍川大峽谷，景觀非常好，房間還有私湯，出去遊玩回來泡泡温泉，心身愉悦多了，晚上還送上熱牛奶，酒店的服務很好，前台接待客户很周到，有機場接送，秋天過來種在酒店每棟房子的銀杏樹葉黃黃綠綠的，非常好看，有機會過來還是選擇這個酒店。

房間露台下面是懸崖，景色超棒，雖然房間設施不是最高級的，但是衞生非常乾淨，不影響放心使用。送的下午茶很用心。

房間空調整晚開着房間裏還是冷得要命。浴室温度低，洗澡水也不熱，洗個澡洗到鼻塞也是無語了😓。環境是不錯，但是服務管理和硬件都差點意思。

懸崖邊上的小木屋別墅，環境優雅清幽，早晨在鳥鳴聲中醒來，尤其是服務超級棒！我們在這裏住了4個晚上，前台的董經理和謝經理得知我們就為了懸崖而來，特意幫我們協調升級了房間，由於來的匆忙很多東西沒帶，期間各種麻煩前台，除夕夜裡12點幫我們送東西，姓黃的小姐姐開電瓶車送我們去超市，逛集市，臨走還送了當地特產，特別熱情！早餐最晚可以到11點，餌絲特別好吃，我們8個人住了4天，每人每天都得來碗餌絲，推薦住宿！
