硬件比較陳舊，温泉水還可以，衹有一個露天泡池，可以俯瞰山谷，3980的價格，三個房間，住六個人，其中兩個房間在二樓，爬樓梯，一樓一房一廳，性價比不算高，其實可以選擇住在騰沖縣城，早上九點鐘打滴滴去熱海大滾鍋旁邊的“浴谷”泡高濃度的很滑的硫磺泉，200多一個人，遠比住在景區內的酒店裡麪泡温泉實惠的多，騰沖縣城裡的酒店住的也會舒適很多 設施：陳舊 衞生：一般般 環境：外部環境不錯 服務：一般化

酒店的位置很棒，去熱海温泉景區很便捷，酒店房間的温泉是亮點，服務比較到位。物超所值，環境和景觀也是沒的説。設施有點老，但維護的還不錯。

硬件較為陳舊 地毯傢俱需要更新 但是温泉品質真沒得説 服務也非常真誠細緻。遊覽車響應很快 玉温泉本身餐廳衹提供早餐 ，品種不多，但現煮餌絲麪條都很好吃。大滾鍋食府可提供午餐晚餐，價廉物美。不足之處，作為咖啡產地，早餐卻衹有品質較差的速溶咖啡，實在很遺憾

熱海景區入口很近 星巴克可以送到放間 到熱海大滾鍋可以有專車送10分鐘遊覽完成 房間是獨棟別墅，私湯每日清潔，水質很好 兩層樓住的還不錯，衞生間很寬敞，乾濕分離 但有些設施略老舊，需要維修，比如紗窗有壞的，有蚊子，床頭燈打不開， 餐廳可以點餐到房間，有專屬管家負責温泉水等 中秋節送了當地月餅 第二天送的熱海蒸熟的雞蛋土豆，土豆被吃光了 服務態度非常好，推薦

酒店地理位置好，交通方便，前台還可以租電動車，周圍景點距離也很近，房間寬敞明亮，打掃的很乾凈，服務人員很熱情，酒店街道兩旁全是棕櫚樹樹，特別愜意，是拍照打卡必選之地，店內簡約大方，十分不錯。
