What's wrong with this brand? I don't want to say whether it's good or bad. I just want to say that if you are willing to pay to stay at Banyan Tree, I suggest you spend a little more and directly choose Shitouji (the difference between the two is like heaven and earth), or spend less and choose other affordable ones. It's really not worth spending money on Banyan Tree Tengchong. If there is really a reason to recommend it, it's that my family's elderly had a private bath in the house, and because the floor was slippery (design + unsanitary cleaning), they fell and injured their knees. The hotel provided Yunnan Baiyao and iodine in the middle of the night. Other than that, I can't think of why I should choose here. . . My head hurts. How can I spend this Banyan Bank card this year. . .

The hotel is not very big, but it is comfortable and beautiful everywhere. There are so few people that it feels like a paradise. There are hot springs both indoors and outdoors. The food is better than I expected, whether it is afternoon tea, breakfast or porcini chicken pot, it is really delicious! The only drawback is that the room is a bit stuffy, and many windows cannot be opened without screens.

How should I comment? The price-performance ratio is really low. 1. The Banyan Tree, which costs more than 3,000 yuan a night, has no terrace or yard. I wanted to upgrade the villa room type, but we were taken to see a musty smell that had not been cleaned, and the small pond inside was so dirty that I couldn't bear to look directly at it. 2. The air conditioning has a big problem. Because of the large temperature difference, it is still unbearable to turn on 28 degrees at night, and there is no follow-up after feedback to the housekeeper. 3. The hot spring pool has no water level monitoring function. If you don't pay attention, the water will overflow and flow directly into the room. 4. The ground is too slippery. It is easy to slip if there is water on the ground. 5. Compared with the basic room type of the Banyan Tree series, more than 3,000 yuan is really expensive, and it may also be that the price of Tengchong is really expensive. 6. The environment is OK, and the attitude of most staff is still very enthusiastic.

After staying for two nights, I was very satisfied with the overall stay experience. I added the WeChat of the housekeeper Xiao Huang in advance, and the service during the stay was meticulous and thoughtful. The room type was upgraded for free, and the airport pick-up was arranged. Various small problems during the period were also responded to in a timely manner. On the last day, I took the initiative to ask and handle the late check-out. In addition to the hardware, the service of a good hotel is indeed a plus point, which can be impressive. The room has its own hot spring pool, which is very convenient. If you must find fault, the hotel is located in the hot spring area, and it is difficult to have anything delicious on foot. Of course, Tengchong is not big, and it is convenient to take a taxi. If you just want to stay quietly for two days and soak in the hot spring, it is worth recommending. Finally, there are some free activities arranged for check-in. Longxia Creek is boring, but some intangible cultural heritage experiences are still interesting. The most recommended is Lei Xiang Tea, there is no need to go to the scenic spot to join in the fun, the tea artist here is professional and has a very high EQ!
