酒店臨街，後院有專屬停車場，有10個車位，車從側街開進去，人從後門可進酒店。前台服務熱情，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間熱水量很大，空調功率大效果好。

服務員態度很熱情，房間乾淨整潔很寬敞，賓館有獨立的停車場，馬路對面有很多飯店吃飯方便。距離和順古城的距離也不遠。

房間非常乾淨，老闆非常熱情，服務很好，停車專門有人指揮，位置在城區，離主要景點都很近，交通方便，晚上睡覺也很安靜。

房間有被升等，整體是不錯，離酒店走路6~7分鐘有菜市場，附近及沿路，對面馬路都有多間餐館小吃。
缺點: 因晚班機要求延期退房，有答應延至兩點，但WIFI卻在早上過後就無法使用，雖然自己也有購買網卡使用網路，但還沒到正常退房時間，卻限制WiFi使用，給人的感覺就是減分。

地理位置:他家位於騰沖市區裏，交通很方便，出門就能打到滴滴車網約車。而且附近都是早餐店和飯店，吃的東西很多.離很多景區都特別近十多分鐘的車程就能到！
服務態度:周到！前台和老闆態度非常好，服務很熱情
房間衞生:房間寬敞明亮，床單被子乾淨，設施設備都很齊全。
一次性住了五六天很推薦！

天瑞酒店位置優越，交通便利，房間佈局簡約大方，衞生也很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，再次入住

靠近電梯的房間，電梯上下聲音較大。
