走到古鎮十分鐘，大院與古鎮間是一片開闊的農田，走在農田路上心曠神怡。大院裏有一個荷花池，大院外一條小溪繞院流過。如運氣好，晚上還有免費的温泉澡。

伍家大院風景秀麗，衞生管理乾淨，房間很大，各種服務滿意，雖在古城外，但步行到古城非常便捷。古城的門票收費不值。

衞生條件確實堪憂，天花板上好大一塊發黴的痕跡，躺在床上就能看到，心裏不舒服，二樓的餐廳也是昆蟲比較多，實在和古鎮裏新開的民宿沒法比，員工還都比較好，但是硬件設施太差了

周邊環境不錯，有稻田，有山有水，離和順古鎮不遠。唯一不好的就是那麼大的一家住宿店，建議店家重新翻新一下室內設施，改善衞生間反味現象和增強隔音效果。我想會更吸引客源。

非常滿意。老闆是蒙古族，成吉思汗孛爾衹斤的後裔，一家人豪爽又熱情，請我喝着普洱茶聊着當年的故事，很久沒有這麼輕鬆了。介紹的當地的荷花温泉真不錯，浸泡在森林温泉裏，陽光透過樹林照進來，好不愜意，感謝江姐還幫我買票。步行到古鎮距離也很近。一路還有田園風光相伴。在騰沖的日子雖短，感受卻美，情意綿長，有機會我還會同家人去長住一段時間。對了，這裏的早餐太棒了。特別是他的米線，太好吃了。

酒店的位置在景區外，自帶停車場，對自駕車用户很合適，步行15分鐘左右就可以到古鎮，途中還會經過開着油菜花的農田。
老闆熱情友好，會讓客人先看房間，滿意才住下。規模不小，估計有二十多間房，房間比較寬敞，有一台小洗衣機。我們訂的景觀房可以遙望和順古鎮，陽台稍侷促了。
不足之處是酒店裝修有十年以上了，整體風格比較老舊，設施設備條件一般。我們入住兩天，服務員不會來主動打掃房間。這方面要求不高可以選擇。

客棧雖然有些時間了，但依然舒適，房間大，乾淨，有小洗衣機，配了威露士的洗衣液，很方便。有停車場，離古鎮也很近，位置很好的。
