We booked two standard rooms a few days in advance, but when we arrived, one was assigned to the second floor and the other to the fourth floor. The room on the second floor was OK, the bed was soft, and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. But the room on the fourth floor was horrible, with a strong smell of oil smoke, and the window was next to the corridor.
