I came here for the second time! It is definitely the ceiling of Tengchong hotels! Both the facilities and services are first-class. I especially recommend forest hiking, which is not inferior to Gaoligong at all, and the teppanyaki is also full of ritual!

The best hotel of the whole trip! The housekeeper Zhao Yu is very considerate! Before coming, I read the reviews and they were both good and bad, but after coming here, I was super satisfied. Whether it is the hotel scenery, facilities, environment, or service, they are all up to the level of a seven-star hotel! Our family of four lived very happily and worry-free! The Lisu dinner, vegetarian food, Yunfeng Mountain tickets and cable car provided by the hotel made us feel all-inclusive for three days and two nights, and we can rest assured and have fun without worrying about it. My husband and I made an appointment for a spa after climbing the mountain the next afternoon. The hotel staff helped take the two kids to make handmade lipsticks, giving us time to relax for two people, which was great! Come again next Spring Festival!

It was a perfect travel experience. What surprised me was that not only was the environment comfortable, the housekeeper was considerate, and the facilities in the room were complete, but the hotel also customized the next day's travel guide, allowing us to climb Yunfeng Mountain to experience Taoist culture, and go hiking in the back mountain. It was really a primitive forest, which saved us time on transportation. The two days here were really healing. The most important thing was that their food was really delicious, not inferior to famous restaurants. I recommend their copper pot beef, teppanyaki and vegetarian restaurants. The ingredients are all fresh ingredients from their own factory and delivered on the same day. Eating delicious food is also very healing. This is a real vacation. I will bring my family here next time!

There is also their copper pot beef. The small yellow beef is dipped in the steaming copper pot and the taste is excellent. It is seasoned with local triangle leaves and mushrooms. It is a very good delicious match. Service: The hotel service is very humane. From driving to the hotel front desk, there are waiters to warmly receive and park. Even the hot spring water has a special waiter to help operate and control the water temperature. It is very considerate. Features: Our room has its own hot spring private soup. The hot spring water can be very obviously felt. After washing, the skin on the body is smooth. It is very helpful for relaxation and sleep. Friends who like meditation can also try to meditate and relax in the hot spring pool. Great experience! I have already started planning the next hotel itinerary!

The environment is first-class, especially the building where the lobby is located, which pays great attention to aesthetics. The room facilities are a bit old, and the spa floor is very old, which doesn't feel good. The breakfast selection is good, the drinks in the minibar are average, the afternoon tea and snacks are a bit rustic, and they seem to be the style of many years ago. Most guests who stay in this type of hotel often experience high-end snacks, and no one likes to eat these anymore, which are not in line with the hotel specifications. The complimentary Lisu dinner is very special, and the small ear pork is delicious; but the vegetarian service staff seemed to be in a hurry to get off work, and urged us to eat and serve the dishes, which was not a good experience. The hot spring is very good.

The hotel is very unique and the service is in place, especially our housekeeper Xiaoyue is very considerate and arranged every day's itinerary, so I don't have to worry too much! Thank you! Next time I go to Tengchong, I will choose here again. It feels like home!
