設施：房子是小區裏面的獨棟，有5間房可以用，每間房型佈置都不一樣，有雙床房也有大床房，都有獨立的密碼鎖，衞生間都配備了智能馬桶和暖風，有的房間還有麻將桌和投影儀。房東也住這裏，有冰箱和微波爐可以用。
衞生：每間房打掃得都很乾凈，配備了毛巾、浴袍和一次性用品。
環境：小區環境很好，很安靜，樓下方便停車，去景點也很方便。
服務：房東很熱情，就像住在自己家一樣，有什麼問題都能及時解決，我們來的時候遇到馬拉松封路，還幫我們看自駕路線要怎麼走。這個整棟包院很適合多人出行或者幾個家庭出行，很划算，推薦！

房東熱情，我們出去玩了還幫我們把濕衣服拿到太陽下曬乾幹，床好睡，房間乾淨，環境安靜。茶好喝，尤其是騰沖的白茶和綠茶，值得推薦，我買了一斤。皂角米是曬乾的老品種，煮粥潤滑爽口，有豐富的營養價值，在四月天民宿吃了後決定跟老闆買兩斤，夏季的特產油浸雞樅菌好吃，買一瓶帶回去拌麪吃。民宿值得推薦，床都是大床，房間真的超大，銀杏葉黃時再來賞葉泡温泉。

房東人非常好，很熱情，還幫忙拿行李，房子佈置的很好，也很乾凈，還是智能馬桶，帶個小陽台可以喝茶，房子和照片完全無差異，早上房東煮的早飯超級豐盛，有餌絲、饅頭、雞蛋、紅薯、現打的南瓜汁，都很好吃，特別是南瓜汁，超級好喝，走的時候房東還讓拿點香蕉吃，特別棒!
