Tengchong Heshun Wenlan Xiangchi Resort Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel offers magnificent panoramic views of the ancient town – truly breathtaking! The service was absolutely exceptional. They even went the extra mile by setting up a dedicated group chat just for our family, providing personalized assistance. The staff were genuinely warm, thoughtful, and always had a welcoming smile. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room had a nice stylish feel to it, but I personally wasn't a big fan of the dim lighting. Also, during the rainy season, there were just too many bugs/mosquitoes. I killed 7 or 8 in one single night, to the extent that I didn't dare open the balcony door after that. I really think the pest control measures for mosquitoes could be improved. However, both breakfast and dinner far exceeded my expectations.

This hot spring homestay was the most satisfying stay of our trip from Tengchong to Mangshi to Ruili! First, transportation. We rented a car and drove here, and parking in Heshun Ancient Town is incredibly difficult. While there is a parking lot, it's quite a distance from the accommodation, and the bluestone pavement is difficult to navigate with suitcases. Thankfully, there's a shuttle service that took us directly to our room. Second, the service was excellent. The staff contacted us in advance to set up a contact group, and every staff member was incredibly welcoming. The front desk provided refreshments so you could relax while waiting to check in. The afternoon tea was incredibly rich, and takeout was delivered to your room, giving you more time to explore the attractions. The responsive, one-on-one service made for a truly welcoming and welcoming experience. Finally, the ambiance. The rooms are primarily decorated with wood and have a unique design. Wooden toothbrushes, a small comb with massage beads, Acqua di Parma toiletries, a Dyson hair dryer, and a Marshall speaker all reflect the homestay's refined style. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the private hot spring baths reflect the blue sky and white clouds. Soaking in the hot springs while gazing out the window is truly relaxing. All in all, it was a particularly pleasant stay!
