體驗感非常不好！
1.誣賴客人使用酒店安全套，滑天下之大稽
2.保潔阿姨態度極其惡劣，一副她就是正確的**，信誓旦旦保證每天都有檢查客房，
3.請問有什麼證據呢，保潔阿姨檢查的就一定沒有疏漏嗎
4.每天有拍照打卡清潔完成記錄嗎？，確保每間客房都有拍照留證據嗎在下一位客人入住之前物品是完整的嗎，
5.做為服務行業，這是你們上班必須的工作，而不是説客人入住前首先檢查房間物品是否完整，以免到處訛客人，
6.酒店前台雖然後麪退錢了，但還是在懷疑客户，就這種管理制度，這樣的酒店趁早倒閉吧！！

剛到點退房阿姨就瘋狂催你趕緊退房！！！晚一兩分鐘都不行！！！！一大早阿姨在走廊歡聲笑語我都快瘋了 明知道自己酒店隔音不好！！！！！不好 超級不好的酒店！！！！床頭沒插座的！！！插座竟然安排在電視機那邊！！！什麼設計呀！！

設施：晚上鶴壁是ktv，非常吵，而且空調開了三四個小時左右就不製冷了！
衞生：衞生一般般，有蠻多灰塵的，廁所有點臟，臭，有黴味
環境：周邊蠻多吃的，方便，有付費停車場

圖片沒有拍 可以説優點的話就便宜 缺點就是房間裏沒有紙巾 前台態度惡劣硬是説要100按金 我當時只有50塊都不肯 無語搞得我好像要弄什麼一樣 死也不肯 退房的時候那個前台態度就好點 總結就是 優點便宜 缺點很多 數不勝數

客觀評價，這個酒店有一個戴眼鏡的微胖女前台服務不好，適合幹事業單位，不適合幹服務，自己是大爺一樣，給人一種很生硬的感覺，別的前臺中年女的服務比她強很多，別人可以到了她這裏就不行

酒店位置好，處於繁華地段，吃東西，購物方便，好停車，但要收費，應該是市政管理的停車位，酒店乾淨，床上用品舒適，空調有點舊了，制熱時噪音大，有點影響睡眠了，性價比一般，
