Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

I stayed at the Tenby Premier Inn , Car parking was Via a public car park in the heart of the town a very short walk to the hotel, overnight costs around £10 for 24hrs, The Car park is Not part of the Hotel, Check in was a breeze with friendly staff on hand, The room was of a great size and really comfortable bed, The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, It was clean fresh and everything was as it should be, The Hotel location is meters from the sea view and a short walk into the town Centre, The Hotel has rooms for families of less abled guests with lifts and easy access doors, Breakfast is hot and fresh and is Buffett style so enjoy a full cooked breakfast or a coffee and a pastry, This is a great location for Business or Leisure , Friendly helpful staff and the options to have a meal or a drink in the on-site Bar, I look forward to a return visit

Perfect for my three night trip to Tenby. Needs tlc outside, but no complaints about the inside decor, restaurant and bed!

Staff was lovely room was clean would reccomend having breakfast lots to choose from and all lovely and freshly restocked

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Tenby, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Cath, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy environment to relax in after exploring the beautiful surroundings. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and their warm hospitality truly enhanced our trip to Tenby. Thanks to the fantastic service and the wonderful atmosphere, we’ve already booked our next stay for next month. I highly recommend the Premier Inn Tenby for anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Second stay at the Premier Inn in Tenby, great location to walk into town etc. Rooms are lovely, spacious, clean & tidy. WiFi can be a bit up and down depending on where your room is located but works for the most part.

Couldn't have asked for a friendlier reception. The location is perfect and the hotel was lovely and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we will definitely be back. Hubby wants to buy the mattress!!!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed the hotel and its location. This time it seemed tired and in need of a refurb. Arriving we had booked a premier pluss room and would have liked a walk in shower as I had just had a hip replacement but all premier pluss rooms had shower over the bath , not ideal. Into the room and no water in the fridge, only one bath and one hand towel for a room booked and paid for as two people . I had to go down to reception to get the missing items. The wardrobe area was filthy, covered in dust that looked like it hadn’t seen a duster in months. My wife spent some time cleaning it before hanging our clothes. We have stayed in many Premier Inns whilst visiting many parts of the UK in the last few years and have thought they were good value for money but now we are thinking we need to find an alternative as Premier Inn have dropped down a few notches and are no longer what they were.

Recently stayed at Tenby Premier Inn on a business trip. Staff were great and food was lovely. The room had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a premier plus room by work as it was the last room available and I was really pleased with the extras you get.

Room was tired with a smell of damp. Carpet was grubby, as was the bathroom fittings with a toilet seat that moved around its mountings like a funfair ride. The TV did not work properly and all stations pixelated all of the time to the point of being unwatchable. You can’t even console yourself with downloading anything on tablet or phone, because the so-called free Wi-Fi is so slow (0.5mb/s) that it would take all night to download 15 minutes of playable programmes. Unless, of course you dipped into your pocket for an upgrade to the Wi-Fi with no guarantee it will be better. Premier inn Is a.bit like easyJet. You think you are getting a bargain, except by the time you pay for the extras that you would get everywhere else as standard, you are paying more - EXCEPT it is not cheap to start with and one night at the cheapest in Tenby is about £70, which if you shop around you could find a perfectly reasonable guest house or b&b for the same money with all of the ‘extras’ Avoid!!!
