No hay restaurante, poca oferta de comida cerca, muy ruidosa la calle, no funcionaba la calefacción y hacía frío.

Personal muy agradable y preocupado.
Ubicado a dos cuadras de las plaza, así que muy céntrico.
Estacionamiento muy seguro.
Habitación amplia, limpia y cama muy cómoda.

Hotel ubicado cerca de la plaza de temuco. Con habitaciones enormes, modernas y muy bonitas. El hotel nos proporcionó una cuna para el bebé sin costo. Por protocolos covid nos enviaron el desayuno a la habitación, cuando hicimos el check in nos preguntaron por nuestras preferencias para que el desayuno fuera enviado a la habitación en el horario acordado. El hotel tiene estacionamiento, el cual se conecta peor una puerta lateral. Quedamos muy gratamente sorprendidos por la calidad de las habitaciones y la amabilidad del personal. Sin duda será nuestra opción cuando volvamos a temuco
