Bad experience, very bad attention. The INN restaurant makes charges that do not correspond to consumption and does not provide clear information to its customers. You have to check the receipts before paying and never charge to the room because then they charge more than what is appropriate. The buffets are always the same, the same options always and they repeat what is left over at dinner.

I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

Everything is excellent as always. Infrastructure, attention, entertainment options 10/10. The price for the facilities that the hotel has makes it by far the best option in Temuco.

Excellent location. Very good service. Spacious rooms, very well equipped. Despite being in a ****** complex with shows, the sound does not reach the rooms. The parking is covered. Surveillance by camera. I do not know of any criminal acts as happened to us at the ****** hotel in Concepcion (do not go!!) The breakfast was very good. 2 restaurants. La Tranquera was very complete and well attended. Value according to the service. The cost of a triple room was US$ 130.

Excellent service and quality of the place, the years of experience are evident. Adequate gym. Beautiful heated pool. It also has a Sauna, but we couldn't occupy it due to time. Very good Inn restaurant, delicious food. I will visit them again with the whole family.
