Popular Tempe 4-star Hotels

The room was clean and decent for the price but I was disappointed that the breakfast was extra and the pool / hot tub doesn't appear to be open. I tried visiting the pool at 10 at night and at 7:50 in the morning. Also saw guests trying to use the pool after 8 in the morning without any luck. Perhaps the hours are such that it is unavailable a lot of the time which is annoying b/c that is one of the perks of the hotel and its enclosed so you'd think they'd keep that open. Also this particular location is not the best in that It's in a crappier area of town. Some shady characters walking around the outside. Was expecting better for the price but I have stayed at much worse hotels.

No food at this place you have to cook you4 own food or go out to eat it has nice kitchen with cook top stove comes with pots & pans a toster oven and coffee pot...Staff are nice and friendly people try to go out on a limb to help you with questions..

Great place to stay at near ASU. Amazing rooftop bar that is amazing to watch the sunset. Will definitely stay there again next time we are is Phoenix.

Located in the heart of Tempe, the hotel is easy to find on the main road and has convenient transportation. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within the vicinity. The service staff is very good, with car rental service, free parking, free airport shuttle bus. The rooms are large, the decoration and facilities are very good. The price is relatively moderate and the price is super good. It is a good choice for traveling abroad.

The hotel is just across from Arizona State University. The room has a double bed for 3 people. The room is spacious and clean. It is very noisy to start giving us a room close to the elevator. It was very good after changing the room.

This hotel is DA BOMB! Rooms are big, staff are friendly. It's a pretty new hotel actually. Good location. View from hotel room is awesome!

So this was a Sheraton and you still see the name around the hotel even though they changed the name. Overall it was ok. Nice pool. Has a bar and restaurant. Says there was a club lounge. No idea if it's still open or not. I did not receive any of my status upgrades. This place is ok if you want to stay by the airport for a short stay. Room is outdated and old feeling. I stayed 3 days and not once was my room cleaned. And I also used the app to order some pillows and it was ignored. You have a wide variety of Marriott branded hotels in the area. Do you research and pick another!!

Rooms clean, gym is nice. However, Donald is extremely unprofessional and argumentative and should not be working at the property. He answers his personal cell phone in front of guest while a line is in front of him. Annoyed when asked the amenities. And ultimately you are not treated like you are spending you’re money here for business but it’s like a bar or rude Mcdonald’s. I request his manager Steve which I can tell him and Donald are friends or in cahoots because neither cared and Steve attempted to justify his bad behavior by saying Donald was busy and he’ll talk to him. On the other hand Heavenly & Jenny were great I tipped Heavenly $10 and told her thanks for semi fixing this nightmare
