They are all very nice ~ the attitude of the front desk is very good. It's close to the bus station. You can take the free Earth bus line to the central area and ASU. The breakfast is also good. My favorite is bacon🥓with potatoes🥔

It was well kept on the outside and lobby area. Breakfast was good.
The only two things that I disliked was the room smelled like someone had just cooked something and the floor was filthy. You couldn't see the dirtiness but walking around the room for an evening and realizing that both the bottoms of my feet were black!

Unfortunately, our 2 rooms both had horrible stains on the carpet. After requesting the front desk to move us it took several "room changes" to finally find rooms without stains on the carpet.

The check-in took far to long was not good.
10 minutes for a prepaid room at 11pm is not OK.
The room was prepaid and all my details when I booked the room. Why go through the process again. Plus the staff was not used to dealing with international guests I assume. I don't know about American ID but Swedish IDs does not have a living adress on it. I don't think any EU IDs does. This was a problem which lead to I had to write down my adress on a separate paper for the person to enter nto his system Even witht the written down adress he asked me to state my adress again? Why did I write it down in the first place?
Breakfast could definetly have been better. Cold potatoes that were not cooked through properly. Eggs were also cold.
Also strange but not a problem I guess, the bathroom towels were not kept in the bathroom? I didn't notice when I jumped in the shower. Had to walk through my room we to get one.

The fine print of a $200 deposit is ridiculous. Plus the fact the deposit won’t be given back for at least 5-10 business days.

It took over half an hour to check in, the first room we were booked in had not received housekeeping services between stays. The sheets, towels, etc. had not been changed and the whole room smelled like urine. We requested a second room and had to wait again to check in yet again. The ice machine was not working either

Overall good experience and friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Nice room and amenities. The only issue was that our bathroom door would not close, even moving the bed over as far as we could.
