There is very convenient parking right outside the door of your condo. The condo has its own washer and dryer for your use. The second bedroom is downstairs and has 2 twin beds with another Smart TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs: The king bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Smart TV. Also upstairs is a loft with a futon and Smart TV. The complex has a sparkling community pool and hot tub. Fabulous location- grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, and countless fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale(13 min), downtown Phoenix(17 min), and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport(10 min), also just a short 7 minute drive to ASU. Close to the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Hole in the Rock hiking, the Desert Botanical Gardens, and Rio Salado Park.
