This hotel is DA BOMB! Rooms are big, staff are friendly. It's a pretty new hotel actually. Good location. View from hotel room is awesome!

Elevators were out of service. Routine wait time 15 minutes. Also, rooftop bar/restaurant (main feature of hotel) were closed for half of our stay. Parking 3x what you would pay at very close overnight parking garage.

I would have given them five stars but they never had all elevators working during our three-day stay. On the last day only one elevator was working and we ended up having to take the stairs with all our luggage in order to get to the lobby (the elevator was always full when it got to our floor). Also, you should be aware that they only have Valet parking and that it is $40/night. There isn't any other convenient parking nearby. With all that said, the hotel is very clean and staff in the hotel and restaurants are helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a great location in downtown Tempe. Walking distance to the University and to Tempe Town Lake park.

Staying here was an absolutely perfect experience. We came in town for a music festival, and from the moment we arrived we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, and the location can't be beat in Tempe. We will be back!

Great comfortable hotel. It was walking distance to a fun downtown but it’s not in the heart of the noise so it was great.

Great location and everything you would need or want within walking distance. Great Service all around. Only complaint was noisy ice maker in the hall woke family up a few times. Request to be away from ice machine.

Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Pool was privately booked for parties half of our stay. Room was very humid for some reason. Nice hotel but service was lacking.

Awesome location on Mill and University! Right next to ASU's Mirabella building. The interior was splendid with plush carpets, nice artwork, sitting and reading nooks, and a nice room. The infused water at the front entrance was delicious. Valet parking went well. There were times of minimal waits, but no big deal. There were lots of people enjoying the opulence and hospitality of the Omni. Great walking. We hiked ASU's "A" mountain, which took 30 minutes from the hotel to get to the top. Breathtaking views from the hotel. We enjoyed the exercise room and pool. We couldn't get into Lucero, rooftop restaurant, this trip. But we'll be back.
