So this hotel is probably okay for 1 or 2 nights not an extended stay like we did. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. We only got room service once. The whole stay was blah. After working all day and then flying in, we didn't get to the hotel until after 9 pm. Time change would have been around 11 pm our time. We arrive with our luggage and I have my drivers license out and hand it to the desk clerk and she just glares at me. Never said anything when we walked in finally says what do you want. What do you mean what do we want ? Obviously we need to check in. Then she proceeds to berate me calling me stupid and crazy for traveling here during this time because she asked business or leisure and we said vacation. Literally used those words. It was so rude and unnecessary. The hotel is just a few months old so looks like stock photos still they have on website. The room is okay size. They really need to have luggage rack or something to put your luggage as I don't like to use the floor. They have an small dresser but my fella used it. The bathroom was okay size, good counter space but as reviewers stated on other sites, the floor gets soaked because the shower door doesn't properly close. The bed is hard and pillows terrible. So flat you are laying on the bed. We had to get massages after 3 days because wake up so sore. We asked to leave early and see if they would be willing to partially refund rest of stay and they would not. They finally refilled pool towels on day 3. Other days the dirty bins were overflowing and people had to ask for towels or bring from room which you don't want to do since room service doesn't come. The breakfast was a good variety but the cooked hot food not good. For a free breakfast hard to complain. The positive is free parking and since just a regular hotel no resort fees like most nice hotels. Having pool service was nice except the last day. We were at the pool 5 hours and got no service. Asked us when we got there and then not after when I wanted something. He was out asking everyone else at the pool but just didn't ask us. Odd because great service other days. We finally had to leave the pool because I was hungry and getting mad everyone was getting service but us. 5 hours come on. Someone can stop by when you're literally asking everyone around us. Infuriating. Whole stay was a disaster mess. Never again.
