I enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

Took almost an hour for someone to answer the room service phone.
Almost rejected for breakfast today as a walk-on. Excuse: short staff… manager fixed it.
Phone assistance was terrible.
The villa was great. Landscape gorgeous.

The room was excellent as was the rest of the property. Our only issue was that our room wasn't ready at check-in time, which was a drag after a long day and the price we paid. We were given tasting tickets to compensate while we waited, however.

Beautiful property and rooms. Very well maintained. Highly recommend. 15 mins from Ild Town Temecula. Off the “busy” areas of Temecula in this beautiful resort.

The overall property is nice the rooms are ok definitely not worth the price the staff at pool & spa very rude did not care for my experience at this hotel will not be back

Staff were pretty rude most of the time, sort of culture running through the place. Sort of, we were lucky to be there.
Check-in was the only exception.
