Very nice hotel, exactly what I needed, for comfort, location, very clean and modern. The only small minus was not having a fridge in the room. Very nice and useful to have bicycles available to rent. I didn't use the restaurant or terrace but it looked very good.

Ich freute mich auf das Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes für €27,50. Ich bekam ein zähes irgendwas, was sich Schnitzel nannte. Auf meine Nachfrage an die Kellnerin, ob das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse kommt, sagte mir diese, dass es ein Pfannenschnitzel sei-ich glaube das nicht. Die Pommes waren wohl tiefgekühlt gewesen und definitiv nicht lange genug in der Fritteuse gebacken, sie waren nicht so, wie man es hätte erwarten dürfen. Meine Begleitung war derselben Meinung. Habe alles liegenlassen und den vollen Preis bezahlt müssen. Nie wieder.

Das Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Der Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer mit Regenwalddusche war sehr modern und von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem und die Schlafqualität war top. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt am Zimmer: Ich habe am nächsten Morgen noch etwas im Zimmer am Laptop gearbeitet. Der Schreibtisch ist schon wirklich sehr knapp bemessen. Auch das Frühstück war vielseitig und konnte in gemütlicher Atmosphäre eingenommen werden. Nur 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel ist ein kostenloser P&R-Parkplatz, den ich genutzt habe.

Wahnsinnig freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wunderbares Restaurant mit liebevoll präsentiertem und vielfältigem Frühstück. Sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Schöne Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Ich würde immer wieder gerne dort ein paar Tage verbringen.

Super ordentliches, modernes Hotel. Das Essen am Abend so wie das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Gebrüder Grimm Figuren erstrecken sich durchs ganze Hotel und sind überall als Thema aufgegriffen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Aufgrund eines Bahnstreiks musste ich einen Tag früher abreisen. Eine von drei Nächten sollte stornieren werden. Keine Chance. Null Kulanz. Man sagte, es sei Messe, da wäre das so. Schade. Der junge Mann vom Vortag hatte das anders eingeordnet. Wie im Gespräch gesagt wurde, war das „nur der Azubi“ - jedoch einer mit sehr gutem Gespür für Kundenzufriedenheit. Tipp: besser mal auf „den Azubi“ hören! Fairerweise sei erwähnt: sonst war alles in bester Ordnung (Zimmer, Restaurant, Frühstück) und rein formal hat das Hotel keinen Fehler gemacht.

Wir wurden gut empfangen, auf persönliche Wünsche wurde soweit wie möglich eingegangen. Leider hat das Hotel keine Doppelzimmer hofseitig. Für eine ruhige Nacht die Ostseite (Gonfrevillestrasse) wählen. Parken kann man auch auf dem naheligenden P+R, man spart sich so einen etwas teuren Garagenplatz. Das Zimmer war modern und sehr korrekt. Vom Hotel waren wir am nächsten Morgen in 20 min am Flughafen BER. Angenehme Erfahrung, kann durchaus weiter empfohlen werden.

Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel mit ganz leichtem Märchenflair. Die Ausstattung ist durchschnittlich (keine Minibar, kein Wasserkocher), aber trotzdem ansonsten ok. Die Lage ist top, um in ein paar Minuten Berlin zu erreichen. Das Personal hat mich wirklich herzlich empfangen. Frühstück habe ich nicht genommen, da ich wenig Zeit hatte und für ein kurzes Frühstück waren mir die 17 Euro zu teuer. Der Zimmerpreis ist aber angemessen.
