Peaks2beach DWELL-TELLURIDE The space is small but every inch is optimized. The nicest 800 square feet in Telluride. Open floor plan with modern amenities. Space for a family of 4-5. Situated one block away from the gondola and skiing/biking, two blocks away from Main Street, and a short walk to Town Park. The condo is one of 13 units in the Spiral Staircase complex, centrally located (two bedrooms/one bathroom unit). The building offers UNDERGROUND PARKING for one vehicle, which is ideal during the snowy winter months. There is onsite coin operated laundry facilities (first floor), an outdoor courtyard grill, and a ski locker (on the ground floor). We share the building with Telluride Bottle Works (liquor store) and you are walking distance to all the restaraunts, coffee shops, and bars in the Town of Telluride. The gourmet galley kitchen offers a conduction stove/oven and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, trash compactor, and full size refrigerator). A center counter adds additional counter space and kitchen table that seats 4-6. The kitchen opens to the living space where a comfortable couch and leather chairs. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has bunked double beds and separate single bed.
