Both the living room and the bedroom face south and offer a great view of the beautiful nature of Mösern through the large window fronts, which were renovated in 2021 and equipped with electric external blinds. Both rooms lead to the 15 m² covered terrace. The living room and bedroom can be separated from each other by a sliding door. Garden furniture is available. 2 loungers, 6 garden chairs and a table. The apartment is barrier-free and accessible via a lift. Holiday paradise Seefeld Plateau: The Seefeld Plateau, which also includes Mösern, is undoubtedly one of the most attractive areas in Austria. Mösern can be easily reached from Munich in around 1.5 hours via the A 95 (Garmisch-Mittenwald). The train connections from Munich to Seefeld (only 4.5 km away) are also excellent. Winter: skiing in the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte ski areas, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoe hikes, swimming.
