Communal Hotel Telavi

The hotel impresses with varied, delicious breakfast, beautiful, spacious rooms, and exceptional staff service. Its prime location near attractions and well-maintained facilities make it an appealing choice for travelers.

First of all, what I pay most attention to is cleanliness, which was very disturbing. Dirty floor, mini bar, stained, stained sheets, torn towels, very dirty bathroom shower. You may be wondering why I didn't report this to the front desk immediately, even though no one was there at any time of the day. During check-in, I was only informed that I could buy breakfast on the spot. I also had to call to find out about the WiFi password, because I never saw anyone there. In addition, both nights in the middle of the night, very annoying noises were heard from the upper floor in the room, I don't know if it was a mouse or what, I was too scared to go up and couldn't explain it. If I was alone, it would be very uncomfortable because I would be more scared because of strange noises in the middle of the night. In addition, I would like to add a word or two about the service, I don't know how standard this is for you, but for a brand whose one of the hotels is among the 100 leading hotels in the world, it is very, very inconvenient not to have lemon and lime in the bar. And you already had a small selection of desserts and three out of four were not available, so I asked for a fruit board and that was not available either, very very embarrassing in my opinion. This was my first experience in a small design hotel and I'm very disappointed. I was preparing for this stay for a very long time and I was very disappointed, I really did not expect such conditions and careless staff.

One of the best experiences so far! Not only the place itself is amazingly stylish and comfortable in all possible ways, but the stuff are really friendly and hospitable and may well surprise you with a very special gift! For example, they upgraded our suit for free and presented me with a bottle of vine once they knew I had a birthday next day! I am only sorry we couldn't stay more and leave a more decent tip to them (we were short of cash)! Greatly recommend! Our special thanks to Momi (if only I spell the name right..).
