Overall a very nice place to stay. The staff is awesome and helpful in every way. The restaurant was ok and the mocha was the best!

Overall, this is a very good place to stay. The young man that checked us in, was truly a godsend! The rest of the staff was OK. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent, breakfast very delicious, service at the reception depends on the person, most of them were very friendly and helpful, 2 of them were a bit grumpy and it felt we disturbed them. 😉 then they have this funny Sparkling wine free-flow hours, we rented a car for our trip through Israel, Great enterprise car rental is next door. Would I recommend this hotel: definitely yes

There was no food in the restaurant, although breakfast was paid for. I don’t want to visit this hotel anymore and I won’t recommend it to others.

Horrible, don’t come near this hotel! the AC stopped working in the middle of the night for an entire floor, rooftop bats were filthy and even filthier when starting the water, used furniture, dark hallways and a lame breakfast. No compensation was offered. Not value for money worth.

I had such an amazing experience at the Brown hotel, in particular because the manager, David, took incredible care of us, tended to our every need patiently and ensured that we had the best stay possible. We really enjoyed the beautiful amenities especially the beautiful jacuzzi/spa area. We will definitely be back next time we visit! Thank you David!
