Terrible service from the hotel — it’s almost impossible to get an answer when calling. The food is unsatisfactory and there’s no variety. The air conditioners don’t work, and the room cleanliness is poor. Upon arrival, there is no courteous or friendly service; they don’t listen when you try to talk to them and explain your complaints. The service and marketing manager speaks condescendingly and disrespectfully — I will never come to this hotel again. There are plenty of better hotels in the area. The only positive thing is that the hotel is close to everything.

We enjoyed a couple's spa treatment at the Elkonin Hotel. Every single employee, from the front desk of the hotel to the masseuse were extremely warm and welcoming. The massage itself was very professional with high quality oils in a serene environment. We were gifted a wonderful cream at the end and were not made to feel that we needed to leave in a hurry. We honestly could not recommend this experience more, an absolute 11/10!

Unique boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Elegant ambiance, excellent service. Spacious modern rooms. The rooftop pool is well maintained and has an amazing view over the city and Jaffa. Breakfast was special and tasty, and unfortunately not available on the roof.

We decided on a weekend getaway from the kids … Scheduled a weekend at the Elkonin hotel in Tel Aviv . The hotel itself is at a wonderful location , and the rooms are extremely nice and high tech oriented . The main problem and the only reason it didn’t get a 5 star was the service . With a long list of falling short of a service that befits the hotel ranking . Breakfast is limited , and the waiters are nice but unprofessional, failing at almost every aspect. Bring the food for one person 15 min before bringing the food to another on the same table , empty salters , no sugar replacement on the table and when asked for some , we got it hand delivered 2 bags of sweet and low 10 min later . The room service arrives when we are in the room and didn’t come back when we left it . When we asked for our room to be cleaned the water bottles weren’t replaced but one of the pillows disappeared…. The pool area is small without beds just sofas , and unless you have a toddler that forced you to wake up at 7 and go to the pool , don’t count on finding a chair or a sofa there . My recommendation to the hotel is to have a staff manger present to monitor and train the staff . The little things matter . All in all a lovely stay but not up to par with the other high ranking hotels .

Clean, convenient hotel. Great location. Rooftop pool very nice with amazing views. The breakfast selections are a la carte though I would’ve preferred buffet.
