Location is great, but other than that the place is awful. The room was poorly maintained. We reserved a room for 3 people, we got the room with one double bed and had to wait for another bed to be brought in and made. We got the room with no towels at all, not even a hand towel for the bathroom so had to wait for those as well. Once we got the towels, they had someone else’s hair in them. The room itself had mold, some of the ceiling part was falling apart, it was poorly cleaned and there was plenty of limestone in the shower. The toilet brush had no handle and was fully rusted. The walls were not clean. There was no fridge/safe in the room, we asked for a mini fridge and were told they would bring one in a few hours, needless to say it it was never supplied. Additionally a staff member used her super key to open our room’s door, once she noticed we are in the room she just left with saying anything, not even apologizing. The whole experience was very bad, for this price especially we expected much more, would not at all recommend. Pictures attached

Very new hotel/ hostel with cool design! The reception is great ! What's more, the celebration on Hanukkah in the evening with desserts and candlelight is fun :)

Absolutely Exceptional – A Truly Unforgettable Experience!
This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. If I could give it a million stars, I would! Everything was flawless — from the beautifully rooms to the outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and welcomed. This was my fourth stay here, and each time they manage to exceed my expectations even more.

Bad experience
Really bad experience. I chose the room with shared bathroom and toilets but I didn’t know there was no window in the room. I felt like being in jail.
I could hardly breathe at night and I became sick because there was no air.
The toilets and the bathrooms were not clean.
I’m very disappointed.
The only good thing is the rooftop with the view on the beach and the Tel Aviv skyline and the nice bar with DJ. There was also a funny stand up comedy.
I will never book this hotel again and I don’t recommend it.
