The accommodation to be good, with comfortable facilities and amenities. The manager, Victor, was brilliant and provided excellent customer service during my stay. However, I did experience a significant issue with a lack of hot water for two days, which impacted the quality of my stay. While the hotel's positive aspects and Victor's service are commendable, I would suggest that the hotel takes steps to avoid such issues in the future. Overall, I would rate Numa Hotel Tel Aviv with an 8 out of 10.

近くに24時間スーパーもあり、海岸にも歩いて行ける距離でロケーションは良かった。隣の部屋の音漏れが激しかった。それ以外は満足な滞在だった。

Были в отеле сутки. Очень удачное расположение, все рядом: старый город, море. Около отеля красивая прогулочная аллея и трамвай. Отдельное спасибо Виктору за раннее заселение и пожилому сотруднику буфета (прошу прощение за такое обращение, не знаю имени), который своим любезным отношением к гостям, превратил наш завтрак в отеле в приятное времяпрепровождение и хорошее настроение на весь день. Сам отель очень стильный, чистый и уютный. Постельные принадлежности очень комфортные. Если вернёмся в Тель-Авив, то только сюда. В день нашего прибывания проходил футбольный матч.Так как отель рядом со стадионом, было шумно от фанатов и, конечно, грязновато. Но быстро все убрали после начала матча. Так что имейте ввиду, кому это принципиально. Нам особо не помешало, потому что в отеле не сидели, а просто раз прошлись и все это увидели и ,наоборот, воочию увидели, как это все проходит у болельщиков.

Check in 當天早上七點就到酒店，朋友有點不舒服，酒店職員十分好，立刻安排讓我們提早check in （沒有額外收費）。離開以色列那天，因為是凌晨機，酒店職員也很好的安排我們late check out，晚上八點才需要退房，真的十分感謝🙏🏼
早餐十分豐富，餐廳環境也很好。
酒店房間也很舒服，床很大很好睡，房間有可以看YouTube 的電視，太感動了。
酒店鄰近電車跟巴士站，咖啡店，餐廳，超市，麥當勞，十分方便。

酒店服務很好，設計裝修非常現代，位置也很好，早餐也很豐富，非常以色列特色的早餐，晚餐沒吃過，估計也很贊，都在五樓。第一天到得比較晚，前台非常考慮客人需要，第二天的阿拉伯前台Siwar也非常熱情，為我們提供各種幫助。他們體現了大多數以色列人的顯著優點：樂於幫助陌生人（不僅是作為服務提供者）。酒店性價比可以説是近期在以色列最高的之一，以後還會住。
