Extremely expensive for the service. Room are clean and bright but bit small (we didn’t have a nice view tho) corridor are freezing, staff is ok but not all very friendly. Breakfast is very good but they didn’t wanted to serve me at 10:40 (the website says 11..) very disappointing especially when you paid it. The splash pool is really a splash pool.. enough to put your feet inside but don’t expect a chill day by the pool.. it’s not a bad hotel but for the price they should make a bit more effort. Nice Design is not enough

This hotel is the complete scam. Avoid at all cost.. 1. Access - The main avenue next to the hotel (Alenbi) is in construction, Creating massive noise and access issues which the hotel failed to notify guests in advance. 2. Reservation - Room was not ready in time for check-in and the outlook was an hour and a half out. Unacceptable. 3. House - Cleanliness, or lack thereof. The room was not very clean when checking in. Some water on the floor by the minibar fridge and a puddle behind the toilet. 4. Noise - This hotel has high levels of noise from some pool club on the roof. Also, people linger in front of the hotel entrance on chairs and create noise well into the night (3am). 5. House - On day 2, the hotel failed to clean my room - completely. I made sure when leaving in the morning that there was no indication that the room is not to be cleaned left. Upon returning at 4:30pm, I discovered the room was not cleaned at all. Response at the front deck was a joke, with some weird excuse that is being checked and no firm indication when they were going to address the situation. Shortening my stay. Moving to another hotel. This is pathetic. Avoid at all cost.

Our experience at the INK hotel was amazing! First of all, the service and wonderful staff that took care of all of our needs. The hotel located in a beautiful and quiet street, very close to all the main attractions, the beach, coffee shops and the buzzy Carmel Market. We will definitely miss this special place!

In honor of my wife's birthday, I decided to go on a romantic vacation in Tel Aviv. I heard about the Ink hotel from a friend and decided to go for it. Booking the night was very smooth, but I felt the need to talk on the phone with someone to get more information. On the phone I talked to Dean. After two sentences, I realized that "I found a friend" whom her pleasantness and professionalism will do as much as possible to please our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Inbal, the hotel manager, who was amazing to us and gave us the feeling that we are in the right place. The room was cozy and well designed. We dined at the hotel's Restaurant; The atmosphere there is great, we felt as if we were in New York, in my opinion this is the best Asian restaurant in Tel Aviv or in Israel.

Wonderful little oasis, with the most wonderful staff- nothing is too difficult or a bother - they will go the extra mile to solve anything even at 4am in the morning (our airport taxi cancelled on us). Other highlights: The breakfast is delightful and beautifully presented The Sun Young restaurant was superb - one of the best meals we had - great vibes and place - and that’s in Tel Aviv with such great food Quiet, inviting and comfortable room

Incredible space, magnificent service, most tasteful food and a loving atmosphere, are only a few acronyms to use when describing the staff and facilities at Ink Hotel! Barbara and I enjoyed every moment there during our recent visit. Highly, highly recommended!

This is a modern boutique hotel situated near the Carmel market on Brenner Street. It has friendly stuff, check-in is easy. They offer on site parking for a nominal price. There is a good gym. There is a popular restaurant and bar, although we did not eat there. The room was small, but functional and very modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets. There was an Nespresso machine for free use. There is a mini fridge with free beer. The bathroom is small, modern, excellent rain shower. Not a lot of space for your stuff. There is a turn down service in the evening with restocking of supplies. There is a rooftop wading pool and sunbathing. Good view from on the roof. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Rothschild Street at about 10 minutes to the beach. There are many restaurants close by the street it is on is residential.

I was quite excited to try this new location. My preferred hotel, the Montefiore had no room on these days. I also had friends staying in one of the 6th floor suites, so I got a chance to check it out. Reservation - Painless - reserved one level below the suite. Supposedly a larger room. They were communicative over Whatsup and all seemed on rails. Check-in - A bit weird - the lone guy up front was busy checking out a problem customer and had zero backup. Took quite a while which ****** as I was in a hurry. Room - If that's their 'large' room there has got to be a better description. By all standards it is tiny. Furthermore, I have clearly asked during reservation and at check-n for a high floor less noisy room. Instead got shoved into a first floor above the entrance room which was super noisy. I am afraid to ask what the cheaper rooms look like. From the bed to the window, there are two feet at best. TV Hanging above a cluttered desk. Nice espresso machine but you only get pods once (not replaced every day). Amenities are quite spartan with the cleaning crew making sure you never get more soap until you have finished the open one. Same thing for pods, towels, water. Sorry, that is not how it should feel and a mark of a badly managed hotel. Other - There is a restaurant at the underground floor which is open to anybody and thus creates quite a traffic of people waiting outside the front door all evening long. Same space is used for breakfast, which was mediocre and expensive. While the area is a bit seedy (Alenbi), there are wonderful breakfast locations really close by that are totally worth it.. Not to mention the market itself.. The roof pool in a little wading pool. No views. No bar, no services. Overall - Pretentious for an experience that is way below average for the price. Low floors rooms facing the front are an impossible nightmare of cars honking, delivery trucks and people noise. I had a really bad sleep quality and was woken up early every day. There is also construction nearby. So avoid for a couple of years if you care about your sleep..

We had heard of this hotel through friends. It exceeded all that we had been told. From the moment we arrived, there was a valet to park our car. Fronf desk personnel were friendly and may us feel at home the minute we arrived. Taken to our room every thing was explained to us. At breakfast, apart from freindly helpfuln servers we were also greeted by the hostess who may sure that all was O.K. with us. Only regret was that we were busy on the 2 nights we spent there and did not have a chance to eat our diner in the hotel restaurant. Would recomend this hotel to anyone who appereciates top service.
