Dream Beach 98 Hotel and Spa - Affordable Seaside Choice 2025

Stay many times in this hotel and Had amazing experience, this time all service and whole experience very bad

We stayed at this hotel for one night, we had some problems during our stay. The administration could not fix them, so they returned the money in full. And provide free breakfast.

The hotel itself smells of mold and stuffed air, the room smelled of sigarettes. I got stuck outside at night and called the imergency number, the person who answered made inappropriate joke. There is a kettle which makes all the electricty in the room fall when connected. But the worst is the noise!!!! The don't tell you but at night the area becomes a construction site!!! The road is being rennovated ALL NIGHT LONG!!! That in addition to other cars, buses and such. They need to tell you that or deliver earplugs!!!! I didn't sleep all night. On the good side is the big comfy bed, closeness to the beach, lots of places to eat and public transport. Good luck!!

This totally rundown and dirty hotel should not be booked by anyone. We fled the hotel at 23.00 PM without sleeping- dirty smelly and everything whihj could be broken in the room (or fixed with duct-tape) was broken. Dont belive the photo's. Our complaints went unaswered as there is no one to speak to, only thru Whtasapp and mail - so far without any reply from the owners. The sleezy employees told us that the hotel is run by two guys operating from Miami and they are not at liberty to speak and act upon complaints on the spot.

This hotel should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. It is old and dilapidated and see the attached pictures of the brick falling off on the outside and the paint feeling on the inside and the mold growing on the bathtub. I wish I could say that they made up for it and customer service but the front desk person was of little help in getting another room. When we told them we were going to move to another hotel and they promised to refund our remaining days. The front desk person then disappeared. Both times she actually  picked up the phone and promised she was coming back - but never did.You must understand that there is no hotel lobby. It is a little desk inside of the restaurant on the bottom of the building. The restaurant takes priority over customer satisfaction. They blast their music every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. if you want to go to sleep during those hours you have no choice but listen to the loud music. The bathroom had a little 40 watt bulb, that was nowhere near the mirror, so you couldn't see anything in the bathroom. Although,  they was one yhing you could see in the bathroom . A flood on the bathroom  floor anytime you took a shower. In their ads for the property, they state many amenities  none of which actually exist. The hotel should  also tell you they do not have an elevator, and there is Noone there to help you with your bags.

My clients arrived with a written confirmation and a hotel voucher to reception. Reception said they would not honor the reservation and demanded payment from tourists ( even already paid to agent) Upon 2 phone calls by agent to reception- to clear the matter - reception hanged up the phone twice and were not willing to either listen or solve. Whoever took responsibility for this hotel , after it left Olive Chain - will not receive anymore bookings nor any recommendations. Don’t trust any bookings made online … either they don’t honor your booking or they make you pay twice
