We arrived at night but the hotel had given us all of the information to let ourselves in and settle for a really good night of sleep. The bed was large and really comfy. The furniture and decor of the rooms were really stylish. On closer inspection some things could have been a little better, build up of limescale in bathroom and bedding wasn’t on properly. But for the price and the location (right in front of Old Jaffa Flea Market) it was an excellent place to stay!

There is no lobby and no staff at the location. It's really frustrating that this place is advertised as a hotel. It is not even marked as such on the outside of the building. Check the website email address, it's a gmail account. I am a single female traveler and purposely do not book Airbnb's because I prefer the safety of a hotel. My driver was not able to locate and had to call to get information and was given a code to the front door. There was no mention of this when booking. I did not feel safe, so I had my driver take me to an actual hotel. I emailed the "hotel" gmail email immediately and explained that I would not be staying and why. They charged my credit card anyway. When I disputed the charge, they lied about the situation and said that I had tried to check in after hours. I was able to provide proof that this was not the case and was able get a refund from my cc company.

This was a rather strange hotel. It was almost all automated from the check in experience to the light switches! Finding the hotel was tricky as there was no sign outside. Fortunately we spotted the keypad by the door and were relieved to find that the code sent to us in advance enabled us to gain entry. The room was large and spacious but some of the lights did not work. There was a coffee maker but no pods provided and several bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. There was no breakfast (maybe we should have picked this up from the hotel website). The location was good but the hotel felt a little neglected.
