This renovated historic building boasts a prime location, aiming for a chic boutique hotel atmosphere. However, the overall management leaves much to be desired, evident in signs of wear and neglected corners. While the impact of the conflict in the south of Israel and potential occupancy by evacuees from the northern border with Lebanon might explain the rapid deterioration, the least the hotel management could do is provide an explanation and extend an apology to the few paying tourists present. Advantages: The location is excellent. Rooms are tastefully renovated and well-maintained. Daily room service is satisfactory. Chambermaids are courteous. The café downstairs is amazing. Disadvantages: Check-in Experience: I arrived just after 5 PM and my room wasn't ready. The person at the front desk, despite offering multiple apologies, seemed distracted by phone calls, resulting in several billing and room key errors. General Maintenance: The overall maintenance is subpar. The lift floor was frequently dirty, and an odd space behind the reception, near the lifts, appeared to function as undisclosed storage. The promising roof terrace was neglected. Reception Personnel: The reception staff often seemed distracted and uninterested, though polite. Upon entering the hotel, no one acknowledged or greeted guests, which is unwelcoming, especially in such an intimate boutique setting. Pricing: The hotel's regular pricing is usually high, making it overpriced even by Tel Aviv standards. Perhaps due to the war, there was a reduction in price this time, making the price-quality ratio more acceptable. Personally, I wouldn't pay more than 120 euros per room there.

Great hotel, who managed to give us an excellent room at the last minute. Clean and well presented rooms. Friendly staff who are extremely helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable! This boutique hotel is also well located in tel Aviv!

One of the worst "boutique" hotel i've ever stayed. Stay away. - Shower is flooding everywhere. We complained, they 'fixed" the issue(did nothing other than cleaning the water) and after it flood again and we asked to change the room they simply said "sorry.. nothing we can do" - Water in shower wasn't hot enough, and it was a cold day. - Noiseeeee!!! from inside and from outside. We simply heard every drop of water from the shower next door. Loud people in the street and you hear everything like they are in your room. - Their "good breakfast" is a joke. it's not even breakfast from the hotel, but a poor looking coffe bar outside with rude staff and you get to choose between a sandwich and a cake. If you choose the big sandwich, you can't take a cake. While we stayed there, there was 3 different couples arguing with the staff about the same issues. After we complained in the checkout they said the owner will call us tomorrow, and of course he didn't, and pls don't do so if you read this review. The only good positive comes about this hotel is the checkout... we were so glad to leave this hotel.

Hotels must be a comfortable 2nd home, clean, and beautiful. Sam and blondi checks all of them. The staffs-- Mishal, Ben, Raul, Amir made sure we were attended to in a very home style way (not those fake 5 star hotel chain by-the-book service), and we love it. The small reception area also provides local wines, a coffee machine where one can just pour and enjoy anytime of the day for free. The rooftop is small but good for a sunset view of the area, and the breakfast...the breakfast is really good. Very good location, 5 min walk to Carmen Market, centrally located within 30 minute walk to all tourist sites. In fact, we just enjoyed walking everywhere.

The nicest hotel I've been to in a long time (and certainly better than any chain one). Great location, great room. The staff was helpful and the wine, coffee and water are free. Shame we didn't use the cocktail vouchers!

From the moment our group checked in, our experience was perfect in almost every way. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly & professional front desk staff. We loved the feeling like the lobby was a friend’s casual, comfortable, welcoming living room, with wine, coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. The hotel’s cafe (Eats) was such a fan favourite, that even after our group checked out, many of us returned for breakfast, tea, coffee, or the amazing baked goods. My room was very comfortable, it had every amenity I needed, except for a small fridge. I was meant to stay for only two nights, but unfortunately tested positive for Covid and luckily the hotel accommodated me by letting me stay in the same room for a further 6 nights! I cannot express how comforting it was to have the kind front desk staff just a phone call away to help me with anything I needed, while I was isolating in a foreign country, without proficiency in Hebrew! Raul, Linoy, Ben, and the other staff members delivered my breakfast every morning & the dinner I ordered every evening, and anything else I needed. The hotel is very well located, Sheinkin street is lively & vibrant, just steps away from the Carmel market, & walking distance from just about anywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed gathering on the rooftop patio for drinks, we didn’t have time to borrow bikes, but we will next time! I would highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone planning a trip to TLV!

Beautifully renovated boutique hotel with outstanding design and high quality room. We took the terrace suite with hot tub on the balcony. The room was spacious, very well designed and furnished. Clean and comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony fairly private and a really nice treat in right in the middle of Tel Aviv. Raul at the reception was kind, quick and helpful. Super highly recommended.
